Shipping Policy
All items that are in stock will be packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days. All custom orders will be made, processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks.
Return Policy
For the safety of the seller and buyers due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Dyed by Pey does not offer returns at this time. A refund will only be issued if customer receives a defective item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether we approved your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
